AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM (Grades PK-12)
The after school care will be available on two schedules, payable annually.

TIMOTHY PROGRAM
  Elementary -- $2,500 per year
  Middle/High School -- $3,000 per year
  This fee can be rolled into monthly FACTS tuition payment.
   
INTERNATIONAL STUDENT SERVICES 
Students requiring services of an English as Second Language Teacher
  Elementary -- $2,500 per year
  Middle/High School -- $3,000 per year
   
SCHOLARSHIPS (Tuition Assistance):
Information is available in the Business Office for any family who wishes to apply for assistance. There are academic, behavioral and parental partnership requirements for recipients of tuition assistance..
 
TUITION AND FEES PAYMENT
 
  Annual Plan - offers a 2% discount. Payment is due directly to TKCS on July 1 of each year.
  Semi-annual plan - offers a 1% discount. Payments are due directly to TKCS on July 1 and January 1 of each year.
  The 10 or 12 month plan - tuition will be managed through FACTS Management Company. FACTS is used by Christian schools across the country to provide parents a method to spread their payments over 10 or 12 months without placing the school in financial peril of a diminished cash-flow.
    FACTS can design a plan to include automatic bank draft, credit/debit card -- American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa cards. A processing fee will be assessed for credit card payments.
    FACTS provides a convenient web-based payment plan enrollment service.
    FACTS includes single and/or monthly invoice, designed to fit the parents' needs.
    FACTS applications for parents who wish to pay on a 10 or 12 month plan are available in the Administration Office of The King's Christian School. All 10 and 12 month payments must be processed through FACTS Management Company.
    Pre-School tuition and After School Program is paid through FACTS.
     
WITHDRAWAL POLICY
  All Tuition Payments are Non-Refundable!
    Parents/Guardians are to understand that enrollment at TKCS is a committment for the entire school year. Withdrawing DOES not relieve the parent/guardian of financial responsibility for the remaining tuition payments for the school year. A written request must be submitted for withdrawal to the appropriate school office.
