“We found out suddenly that the school our children had attended since Kindergarten was closing immediately. We were truly in shock. I called King’s, and every single person we dealt with was kind and gracious. The staff helped expedite the admission process. When I was sad and bewildered, I was encouraged by the love and support of everyone at King’s.”

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you determine if a family is eligible for financial aid?

To apply for need-based financial aid and discounts, families must use FACTS, our tuition management platform. FACTS reviews the information and recommends aid based on your family’s needs, and TKCS makes the final decision on the tuition assistance awarded.

How do you apply for financial aid?
  1. Complete the FACTS application: Fill out the application on the FACTS platform and pay the $45 fee.
  2. Submit your documents: Upload necessary documents such as W-2 forms and tax returns as requested in the application.
  3. Undergo processing and notification: FACTS processes the application within two weeks and then notifies our school of the recommended tuition assistance amount.
  4. Get notified of the review and decision: We’ll review the application, which will typically take 2-4 weeks. We will inform the family of the financial aid awarded and the next steps.

Note: Families can apply for financial aid through FACTS before submitting the school application, though both applications have fees.

Is there a cap on available funds?

TKCS offers a generous financial aid budget, but funds are limited. We encourage interested families to apply for tuition assistance and submit the required documents as soon as possible to be eligible.

Is tuition assistance available for students in all grades?

Financial aid is offered to families with students in kindergarten through grade 12, but it is not currently awarded to preschool students.

Could applying for tuition assistance diminish the chance of a student being accepted at your school?

At TKCS, admission and financial aid applications are reviewed independently, and applying for financial aid does not affect your child’s chance of being accepted at our school.

Do you accept government assistance programs, reduced lunch costs, or state-funded grants/scholarships to cover tuition costs?

Currently, we don’t have access to government funding, state grants, reduced lunches, and preschool assistance programs offered by Camden and Burlington Counties. We encourage families to look for other grants and scholarships for financial support, if needed.
